What would you do if you won the Lottery?

other than the usual stuff like helping out family members, buying a house and traveling, what else would you do?

Would you still go to school, college, or university?
Would you still go to work?

I'd go back to school so I could study zoology and entomology.
Hubby would be able to stay home. He'd probably look for a less stressful job though.
Baby J would go to a montessori school.

I'd set up trust funds for my son, nieces and nephew.

I'd buy my sis some of those special bandages to help her lymphatic system, get her son a tutor and I'd buy my aunt a dialysis machine. And I'd have a massage therapist on call for my Mom.

i would go to university and i wouldnt have to worry about how i was going to pay for it then i would travel a bit. I would still work but i could be more ambitious and work towards my dreams without having to worry about not having the money to make ends meet

Would finish my doctorate in Psyc, then do one in Epi.. Give my family lots of money, travel, fill up my RRSP way early.. Go to school part time so I have more time for a personal life. Large donation to the symphony here, which is struggling. Also to the local food bank. And those areas in Africa where all that flooding is happing. I could also fund all my own research, do the research project of my dreams... I'll show them all!!! <ahem> sorry, got a little carried away there..

Some local charities would get a generous donation, education funds for my neices, a new house, car for me.

And, because of a running family joke, a new pickup for my brother.

Can't afford it now. Both time AND money are a factor there.

I would invest it...put some money in RRSP, savings bonds. I would love to own a club, if possible, more than one club. The way Donald Trump has various hotels in various cities...I'll have various clubs in various cities.
Definitely try to help the less fortunate children in other countries...especially in education....because they are our future.

Invest some so it would last, and travel with my kids, show them all of Canada and come and visit all of you. Then back to reality, finish my old car restoration and go back to school.

I would take a long deserved vacation, while my dream home is being built (nothing to flashy, I'd like to stay realistic). Definately set up accounts for my boys so that their education was taken care of... and our retirement. Thats provided that we won enough to live off the interest!!!

INvest most in a hig interest account. Inflation is 3% a year, so if your bank pays you 3% interest yearly-your really not making anything.


I would Create my own charity for my religious comunity. Food bank, clothing and funiture bank. I would work there, and co-ordinate things.

Adopt Childern from places like Niger, India, and south America.
Try to get pregnat..Pay for fertility drugs....

Oh my list is endless.....but since I dont gamble.... I dont know when I would win!!
