OK...I have a gripe and I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem. A while back there was a coupon for a free Glade Plug in in the "SmartSource".....I went to Walmart to redeam it and they no longer carried them. Last week I got a coupon in my mailbox for a free Scrubing Bubbles Fresh Brush Max.....went to Walmart (because I previously purchased on there)....and they no longer have them. Could it be that Walmart is taking items OFF their shelves when the company starts sending out freebies?

That would be really pathetic if they did! It's not like they don't get that money.. the companies reimburse them!

Or do they........I heard something about Walmart not paying the companies for the merchandise until it had been sold......so if it is free then perhaps it is just taking up valuable floor space.......does anyone else know about this practise?

Freshbrush and glade were on sale recently for very low price recently,that may be the reason why they don't have them in stock.If you redeem free coupons at Walmart,you need to pay the tax.But take it to Shoppers Drug Mart instead,you don't have to pay either.I always spend my FPCs at Shoppers lol.

I highly doubt it, Walmart will be getting the money for those products no matter what. It is just the same as selling it for actual money.
Anyways, I also recieved that free coupon and went to another retailer that also is no longer carrying them.
