I'm just wondering, how many of you have tried at-home waxing kits? (I'm not talking Brazilian or anything outrageous like that - just plain old rip the hair out of your legs at-home waxing kits).
That said, I must ask WHY WHY WHY
WHY do we do this to ourselves?
WHY does it seem to make sense to pay 12 or 17 or however much it is bucks for the privilege of sitting on one's living room floor with a vat of hot microwaved wax just so we won't have to shave our legs for 2 or 3 weeks? WHY WHY I ask you! And again, I ask WHY!!!
WHY!!!!!!!!!!

OMG Pippy, I was sure you would never find an emoticon for waxing - you are a deranged genius!!!!
bctea - curiousity is not a good enough reason to try at-home waxing!
Looking like Cousin It - possibly a reason... no, come to think of it, probably not

Hum, never tried them but after your BIG ouch description I'm thinking i'll also avoid it. I'll stick with my Schick razors, they were free and don't hurt!

Love the schick razors! Before that I was using an electric, old style.. but accidentally smashed it, and the new ones don't seem to work very well!
