*Borrowed*
It is good to sign up for freebie offers with a junk email addy. And there is also a place to register for a free phone number that you can give out. You can personalize your message and even receive faxes, with nothing to download. Anytime you get a new message, they email it to you! This is a definate MUST HAVE for all freebie lovers!

Just be sure to you someone calls you on it at least once a month. If nothing else, call it yourself. If you do not use it once a month, they will drop you.
Another good one:

Per website:
What is PrivatePhone?
Oh, nothing...Just a life-changing social tool and revolutionary movement all rolled up into one. Here's the 411 (no pun intended):
PRIVATEPHONE IS A FREE PRIVATE PHONE NUMBER WITH VOICEMAIL
Sign up and get your digits. Grin fiendishly because the number is PRIVATE. Spammers don't know it. Your mom doesn't know it. Be stoked because it's FREE.
Record a clever greeting for callers and give your number to hotties, potential employers, billionaires with their own amusement park and pet chimp, etc.
Hotties, employers, and the billionaire's chimp call you, hear your clever greeting, and leave you even cleverer voicemails. You get a text or email alert.
Listen to your messages on any phone or Internet browser anywhere in the world. Hit up the hotties and employers. Shine on the freaks and geeks.
Store up to 10,000 voicemails and email them to friends, embed them on your Myspace page, mash them up with Gangsta rap, whatever.
We know what you're thinking. Here's you: "There must be a catch." Wrong. PrivatePhone is totally FREE.
See that HUGE RED BUTTON that says, "SIGN UP NOW!?" Click that baby, and see what life is like AFTER THE BEEP.
Hope this is helpful for all *Enjoy*This thread is currently associated with: N/Ahttp://hits4pay.com/members/index.cgi?mam25

All I know is the number is long distance and if you don't have that on you're phone it would probley charge the caller a good penny (not very much, seeing as it's only a answering machine). Good offer for a free answering machine tho, now I don't have to give out my home phone or cell phone when entering information. Thanks.

Thanks mam25. I
I got my number with K7. In their FAQ it's said that no surcharges or fees will be applied to the caller (except the LD charges by the caller's local phone company who is outside Seattle).
The "privatephone" one is no longer available.little Vampire
